Purchased several pallets of zoysia on a couple of occasions. Quite a few of the rolls (20%) were very poor quality. Sorry to share as I rarely leave reviews.

As others have mentioned, they have extremely rude customer service. The person at the desk authorized me to fill my car with pine needles and then pay for the amount I put in my truck. He informed the workers outside by radio, but no one helped me. Then, one of the workers was upset because I hadn’t paid beforehand. I explained the situation to everyone, but they didn’t pay attention. I spoke with the manager, and only after expressing my discomfort more than four times, he finally said, “I’m sorry.”

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I called this business several times with a simple question and was met each time with a rude tone and attitude. When I went in person, I experienced the same condescending behavior. I was nothing but polite and courteous, but the way I was treated made it clear they don’t value their customers. I ended up calling Landscaper’s Supply in Greenville instead — they were friendly, patient, and got me exactly what I needed with great customer service. That’s where I’ll be taking my business from now on. I won’t spend another dime here.
